Nothing makes me happier than wearing darker colours (heck, I have 4 small sons, dark hides everything), but jazzing it up with a bright splash of colour around my neck.

Before I joined South Hill Designs, that would normally have been a scarf, but with the summer months here, albeit the end of them in the UK, lockets have replaced my scarfs and having a silver locket with that bright blue in it is exactly the kind of thing that makes me content!

This is the Silver Oval Locket, and like its sisters, is also a brushed finish.  However, rather than adding an oval screen, I decided to add the S monogram which as you can see is round, but doesn’t look at all out of place.  Then 5 bright blue birthstones were the accent colour of choice today.  I did toy with emeralds or rubies, but decided this was the look I wanted!

I have worn this very happily and comfortably the last few days, and rather love the edge it gives me!
